This first meeting is to learn about the student's academic and extracurricular record, personal interests and long-term goals.  This is also when the student and family learn about me and how I will be supporting them through the college admissions process.  At the conclusion of this complimentary meeting we will decide whether the student and I are a good fit for each other.  

Topics include goal setting, student's high school four-year plan, timeframe overview and college exploration.

Topics include course selection, transcript review, college/career exploration, overview of standardized testing options, college visits as well as advise extracurricular activities based on assessments, career interests and passion.  

Topics include letters of recommendation, general brainstorming of personal statement topics , initial college list building, standardized testing overview, transcript review, college visits, deadlines as well as  extracurricular activities.  Recommend various resources and programs and assist on applications for career oriented intern, volunteer, and meaningful summer activities.  

Topics include, final college list, college visits, deadline management, compiling resources, college application process and requirements, personal statement preparation and proofreading, financial aid process, and finalizing college selection.

Includes UC PIQs and the Common Application Personal Statement. Brainstorming, feedback, and editing support.

Hourly consultation can be a useful option for families who need help with a specific task, want to talk about college options, or who would like feedback on their current admissions progress.  This time can be used to talk about anything COLLEGE RELATED and the hourly fee can be applied towards one of the other packages if you decide that you need more support.

Will review student's entire profile and make recommendations for Safety, Target, and Reach schools.
